The service

LedgerClear is an independent auditor for Shopify → QuickBooks Online books: a free read-only discrepancy scan and a paid one-time cleanup that proposes correcting journal entries. Optional nightly monitoring is planned and is not currently offered or sold. LedgerClear audits per-order syncs; it does not replace your sync tool.

You approve every write

LedgerClear never posts to your ledger on its own. Cleanup proposes entries; each one posts only when you approve it, and every posted entry ships with a ready-made reversing entry. Corrections dated inside a closed or filed tax period are propose-only, always. Because you review and approve each entry, you are responsible for the approvals you make.

14-day refund

• One-time cleanup: a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The window starts at purchase, not at first use. Posted entries remain reversible via the reversing entries shipped with each post.
• Monitoring priority access ($3): refundable on request, no questions asked. It reserves a place in line and is not a subscription - it starts no recurring charge and grants no monitoring service, because monitoring is not running yet.
• Request by email to support@ledgerclear.io from the address on the account; refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe.

Not tax or accounting advice

LedgerClear is software, not an accountant. Scan results, proposed entries, and fix guides are not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Filed-period items and judgment calls route to your bookkeeper or accountant - confirm material corrections with a professional.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerClear’s total liability arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits the statutory rights of UK/EU consumers.
