For Shopify + QuickBooks Online
Every order, accounted for.
QuickBooks says one number. Shopify says another. Orders missing, revenue lower than it should be, VAT that looks doubled - and the gap is real money.
LedgerClear is the independent auditor for your books. It doesn’t replace your sync - it checks it, whichever one you use. Connect read-only, see exactly what’s off and why, and approve every correction yourself.
Export two CSVs - Shopify orders and QuickBooks transactions - and upload them. No account, no connection, no signup. Want to see it work first? Run it on a sample store.

Order #2153 (May 14, 2026, $357.64) is present in Shopify but has no matching transaction in QuickBooks. It is 41 business days old - well past the settlement window - so this is a confirmed gap.
From the demo store (Cedar & Vine Candle Co., sample data). Every finding shows its proof: the Shopify record and the QuickBooks record, side by side.
How it works
Three steps. No migration.
- 01
Connect read-only
Shopify and QuickBooks Online, both read-only. We never request customer names, emails, or addresses - amounts, taxes, and order IDs only.
- 02
Scan line by line
A deterministic engine matches every order, refund, and payout against your ledger. Every finding gets a confidence tier; only confirmed items count toward the headline.
- 03
Review and approve
Cleanup proposes correcting journal entries. Nothing posts until you approve it, entry by entry, and every posted entry ships with a ready-made reversing entry.
LedgerClear audits per-order syncs today - the official connector and Synder. Already on a summary-posting tool like A2X or Link My Books? Keep it: support for auditing those is coming later, and LedgerClear runs alongside them without touching their entries.
Built like an auditor
Trust from mechanisms, not badges.
Read-only by default
The scan only reads. Field minimization is structural: no customer names, no emails, no addresses - the scan cannot see them because it never requests them.
You approve every write
Corrections are proposed, never auto-posted. Each entry posts only on your click, carries an auto-generated reversing entry, and lands in an immutable audit log.
Honest about limits
We publish what we can’t see: bank feeds, POS channels, manual entries. Findings inside filed tax periods are propose-only - always. What we can’t see

Start with the free scan.
The scan is free and needs no setup. If it finds confirmed discrepancies, a one-time cleanup ($99) proposes the corrections - after one guided account-mapping step. Continuous monitoring ($29/mo) is planned and not yet sold: it needs the read-only Shopify and QuickBooks connections, which are in review.
